Application form Potable Water Course

General conditions

Time and Location
The course will start at 09:00 hrs and will end at 16:30 hrs. The duration of the course is two days. The location will depend on the number of participants. We will inform you about the exact location at least one week before the course.

Registration
There are three ways to registrate:
1. Return the application form by post or Fax to Hatenboer-Water b.v.
2. Return the application form by e-mail to: training@hatenboer-water.com
3. Online registration on our website www.hatenboer-water.com.

After receiving the application form Hatenboer-Water will send a confirmation and invoice to the participants. By return of the application form, the participant agrees with the general conditions regarding the potable water course. All participants will receive a reminder including exact location, direction and program one week before the course.

Registration fee
Including documentation, coffee/tea and lunch the registration fee is € 1.785,- (excl VAT) per person.

Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellations refunds will be made under the following conditions:
* Until eight weeks before the course, € 100,- will be deducted from the refund
* In case of cancellation within eight weeks before the course no refund will be made.
* Substitution may be made at any time without extra charge.
