As an HR & Facilities Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating facility services and supporting the HR department with tasks related to recruitment & selection, onboarding, personnel administration, and employee development.
What will you do?
- Support the HR department with employee lifecycle processes (inflow, internal mobility, and offboarding), including onboarding new employees
- Organize events such as receptions, company outings, staff parties, and anniversaries
- Coordinate and register internal training (including the HW Academy) and external training in consultation with stakeholders
- Outsource and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment for buildings, grounds, and inventory, and monitor execution
- Prepare, manage, and oversee contracts with external suppliers (cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, HVAC systems)
- Support fleet management, from quotation to contract
- Provide office support: manage inboxes and calendars, schedule and record appointments, welcome and guide visitors, arrange travel (hotel and car bookings), and organize small gestures/gifts
Who are you?
- MBO level 4 working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Discreet and trustworthy (high integrity)
- Accurate and structured in your way of working
- Strong communication skills and good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
