What will you do?
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls
- Forwarding orders received by email to the correct department or employee via the CRM system
- Welcoming visitors at the reception desk
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as processing mail, placing and handling orders, registering malfunctions, and assisting in resolving them
- Supporting the HR department with the onboarding of new employees
- Preparing coffee/tea and lunches for meetings
What do you bring?
- At least MBO level working and thinking ability
- Commercial and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Efficient and accurate use of the Microsoft Office software package
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Flexible and available on an on-call basis
