The Financial Administration department is responsible for all financial processes within Hatenboer-Neptunus Holding and its international entities.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead Finance to take on this important role. Our team consists of five professionals: a Finance Employee, a Credit Controller, an Accounts Payable Specialist, and a Senior Finance Employee. As Team Lead Finance, you will manage this team and ensure that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?
- Lead the financial administration.
- Supervise the complete, accurate, and reliable processing of financial transactions and ensures compliance with administrative regulations.
- Define procedures, rules, and guidelines in consultation with the Group Controller.
- Implement approved policy plans.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and prepares the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
- Review financial data and explains results to the Group Controller.
- Monitor liquidity by ensuring timely invoicing, accounts receivable management, and cash flow control.
- Manage payroll administration in the absence of the payroll administrator.
- Responsible for taking over tasks in the absence of a team member to ensure continuity.
Who are you?
- You have completed an HBO and/or SPD education and have more than 5 years of proven work experience in similar financial roles.
- You have extensive knowledge of administrative organization, accounting rules, procedures, and automated systems.
- You have knowledge of financial policies within a company.
- You have experience with payroll administration.
- You understand the principles of leadership.
- You are familiar with the company’s internal organization and can work effectively within it.
