For our Project Office Department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Documentation Specialist.
In this role, you will develop and maintain technical documentation and manuals for various production departments within our organization. You will work closely with engineers and ensure that all documentation is delivered accurately and on time. The documentation is primarily written in English.
The Project Office Department is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and 3D design of water treatment systems, as well as the coordination and management of related projects. The department consists of a team of Project Leaders, Project Engineers, Draftsmen, and a Spare Parts Engineer.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather and organize the technical information required for all documentation;
- Compile technical information into clear documentation in line with company guidelines and corporate branding. You will work with systems such as MadCap Flare and Foxit PDF;
- Review technical information and associated drawings, and coordinate updates where necessary;
- Maintain the document management system;
- Ensure the continuity, accuracy, and quality of all documentation in accordance with the required guidelines and specifications;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Who are you?
- You have at least an MBO-level qualification (vocational education) and relevant work experience;
- You have strong administrative skills and work accurately;
- You have experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, graphic design software, and PDF editing tools;
- You have demonstrable knowledge and experience in technical documentation or similar documentation-related activities;
- You have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, including relevant technical requirements and standards, is an advantage;
- Experience with water treatment systems is a plus.
