Hatenboer-Water offers a complete line of reliable, high-quality, cost-effective water conditioning products. Conditioning the water can vary considerably, from merely removing chlorine from tap water or altering the pH to preventing corrosion by rehardening or stabilizing the water. We supply products all dedicated to conditioning your water. Furthermore, you find membrane-related chemicals such as biodegradable antiscalants and cleaning chemical products to optimize the desalination process and minimize operational costs.

Neutralising Filters

Water with a low pH and hardness, such as product water of desalination plants (both evaporators and Reverse Osmosis water makers), is often corrosive and tasteless. The Hatenboer-Water Neutralizing and Mineralizing (HDN) filters are especially fitted for the conditioning of desalination product water. As a result, the water is no longer corrosive and, when used for drinking, a natural taste is added to the water.

Chemicals

Hatenboer-Water has a range of high-performance chemicals, including Reverse Osmosis membrane cleaners and detergents, scale inhibitors and anti-scalants, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, antifoulants, dechlorinators, and flocculants. To ensure that (on board) closed-circuit systems operate at optimum efficiency, it is essential that the correct water conditions are maintained. Water Softeners

Automatic Dosing Units

Reliable, constant, and easy conditioning of your water. Secure your drinking water system with a fully automatic flow-controlled dosing unit for all types of chemical dosing. The Hatenboer-Water dosing units are proportionally controlled, by the use of pulse-generating flow meters. A major advantage of the Hatenboer-Water dosing units is that the standard packing is designed to function as a dosing container. Therefore, safer and easy to use.

Demineralisers

Hatenboer-Water Mixed bed DemiFlow (HDF) systems deliver fully demineralized water, of the highest quality, in seconds. Mixed bed resin is a combination of two different types of ion exchange resins—cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin—mixed together in a single vessel. Its primary function is to purify water by removing dissolved ions and impurities. This process continues until the resin becomes saturated. At this point, the resin needs to be regenerated or changed. The latter is common practice on board, and Hatenboer-Water can supply you these resins out of stock.
