The Project Office department is responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and 3D design of water treatment installations, as well as the project management involved. In addition to the Manager of Engineering & Production, the department consists of a team of Project Leaders, Project Engineers, Draftsmen, and a Spare Parts Engineer. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will develop and manage technical documents and manuals for the various production departments within our company. You will work closely with your engineering colleagues and ensure that the documentation is delivered on time and accurately. The documentation is primarily written in English.

What will you be working on?
- Collect and process the technical information needed for all documentation.
- Compile technical information into clear documentation following the company’s guidelines and style. You will work with systems such as Madcap Flare and Acrobat.
- Review technical information and adjust or have drawings adjusted accordingly.
- Maintain the document management system.
- Ensure the continuity and accuracy of all documents according to the required guidelines and specifications.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes.
Who are you?
- You have a degree at least at MBO level and relevant work experience.
- You have strong administrative skills.
- You have experience with software programs such as Office, graphic editing software, and PDF editing software.
- You have proven knowledge and experience in (similar) documentation work.
- You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Preferred: You have experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, including the associated technical requirements and standards.
- Preferred: Experience with water treatment is an advantage.
