To strengthen our global project organization, we are looking for a Projectleader based in Pune, India. In this role, you will coordinate international (water treatment) projects and work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and other countries.
You bring strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and a coaching leadership style that fits within a self-steering team.

As a Projectleader, you are responsible for the full execution of our projects: from planning and coordination to delivery. You work daily with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams — often across different time zones.

What will you do?
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Preparing detailed project plans including tasks, milestones, deadlines, and resource planning
- Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective or recovery actions when needed
- Coaching and supporting the project team
- Ensuring clear communication between all internal and external parties involved
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks
- Managing the project budget and monitoring project costs
- Using available resources efficiently
- Requesting additional resources or approvals when required
- Identifying additional work and initiating PO adjustments with the customer
- Safeguarding quality standards and initiating improvement actions when deviations occur
- Supporting the Sales Engineer with technically accurate quotations
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing regular progress updates
You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level, preferably in a technical or business
- Experience in project management within a technical environment
- A coaching and collaborative leadership style
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and independent
- Experience working internationally or across multiple time zones
- Excellent command of the English language
